By accessing and playing Bubble Pop Arcade ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

2. Description of the Game

Bubble Pop Arcade is a free, browser-based casual arcade game in which players tap or click floating bubbles to earn points within a timed round. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes only and contains:

No real-money transactions or purchases
No gambling, wagering, or prize mechanics
No violence, mature content, or harmful material
No user accounts, social features, or online multiplayer

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Game without permission

High scores saved in local storage will be preserved indefinitely
The Game will remain available at any particular time

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including loss of data (such as saved scores).

7. Suitability for All Ages

Bubble Pop Arcade is designed to be suitable for players of all ages. The Game contains no violent, sexual, or otherwise age-restricted content. Parents and guardians are encouraged to play alongside younger children and are responsible for supervising their children's screen time.

8. Third-Party Browsers and Platforms

The Game runs in standard web browsers. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of the browser or operating system you use to access the Game. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms.

9. Modifications to the Game and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when terms were last revised.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Game and supersede any prior agreements.
